Charlie spoke at the Garden Press Event 2018 and stated that it was not just the physical aspect of the event, but also the mental [beneficial]. Because the work you do is repetitive, it’s possible to be productive and not think about it. Your brain will wander and you can just focus on what you are doing.
It’s obvious that the presenter is an accomplished professional, with her involvement on Ground Force alongside Tommy Walsh, Alan Titchmarsh and current work on Garden Rescue together with the Rich Brothers. The presenter admitted, however, that she does not always have the time or the knowledge to manage her outdoor space.

BBC Garden Rescue wants people to participate in new series
BBC’s Garden Rescue returns for a new series. Charlie Dimmock, The Rich Brothers and The Rich Brothers are looking for new gardens to rescue.
The series spokesperson said: “Have your money been set aside for gardening work you have planned for years, but don’t know where?”
